Audi A3 used-car check
A3 shares VW-group tech; DSG, quattro and diesels need targeted questions.
Indicative price range
Indicative: about €5,000–€35,000+.
Price ranges are indicative and not an appraisal or purchase advice. Market prices change.
What to check
- DSG interval and test drive
- Discuss oil use on petrol engines
By year / generation
- 8V vs 8Y: different electronics/ADAS
Reliability (general)
- Premium look ≠ low maintenance cost
Every car is an individual. Always start with a plate check on open RDW data (APK, NAP, recalls, WOK).
